In 2006, we created the fresh soup market in Italy, and we are still the leader today, both with our DimmidiSì brand and as a producer.
We offer a wide range of superbly convenient, fresh ready meals: soups, cold dishes and sides.
They are all extremely fresh, non-pasteurised products, prepared strictly without preservatives and with minimal technological impact. Our aim is to create delicious, natural recipes that taste just like home-made.
We produce products both organic and conventional, with our DimmidiSì brand and as a contract packager.
The types of packaging available for these products are heat-sealed bowls and cups in various sizes. All our packaging is recyclable.
Our selection
Fresh soups
Our fresh soups are as tasty as home-made, because they are prepared in the traditional Italian way. They are made using fresh vegetables selected and prepared on the spot, along with dried legumes soaked in water overnight. Once cooked in the pot, the soups are rapidly packaged and cooled.
Fresh risottos
Our tasty fresh risottos are made with 100% Italian rice, enriched with gently fried vegetables and given their creamy texture thanks to butter and tasty mature cheeses. Lots of recipes for all tastes!
Fresh ready meals
Delicious, inviting, fresh dishes, ready to enjoy. Simple, popular recipes made with quality ingredients. Ideal for the summer, they can be enjoyed cold, or heated for about a minute. Complete with a fork and napkin, they’re also perfect for enjoying on the go.
Fresh sides
Our fresh sides are as tasty as home-made, because they are prepared in the traditional Italian way. Their genuine flavour derives from the goodness of the individual ingredients and how they are prepared. Once cooked in the pot, the sides are rapidly packaged and cooled.

Fresh vegetable timbales
Our fresh vegetable timbales are soft and wholesome, made with just a few ingredients and with fresh vegetables, for an authentic home-made flavour. Our preservative-free timbales are not fried and are ideal for cooking in the air fryer.
